seriously, can anyone living outside the usa buy something (ce ,promo, you name it) without having a credit card? (not to mention the a credit card for foreing sales are more expensive that the regular one) NOPE, its impossible, and dont tell me about BOKU, it´s a total slap in the face, because it let you buy 120 ce only, and only support 1, yes 1 cell phone company in my whole country...

I dont live in USA and Paypal

I dont live in USA, i live in Europe and Paypal has feature where i do a money transfer to a bank account associated with my paypal account (there is special account number only for me and special transaction identifier), i can do it in any bank, post office or from my bank account with internet acces etc. and the money i send appear on my Paypal account. Its just like recharging your prepaid phone.
