Happens to me too,

1st time, it also stuck at 97%
2nd time, it stuck at 90%
3 time, stuck in 0%
4 time stuck in 90& again
5 time stuck in 56&
etc
etc
etc
Over like a hour past 100% and wiiiiiii i can play.

Soo just tried to install over and over until the game install.
