I don't think it will be returning, but SK hasn't been officially released for 2 years, so I don't know (The 1 year anniversary was a few weeks ago).
If the crowns and aura are popular enough, they may pop in as a Featured Auction. That happened with the Rose Regalia sets (Coral and Violet), and Love Auras.
