The helmet I'm putting it on doesn't have a face slot.
Also I had a Poison Max Gunslinger Sash which I bought for super cheap. I think they might be still okay if you make them into a Nameless these days... Better than buying a Max variant then realizing that one armor piece can only go up to +7 and wasting it.

Hey Rhyadel. Just wanted to give a quick FYI that regal/dusky/heavy/fancy/toasty toupee very in color only very slightly. Regal is a very dark grey with an almost sooty complexion. The toupees primary color, is generally the 2ndary color of most accessories. A quick way to see what the actual color of the toupee would be is to look at ribbons. Generally the ribbon color of (heavy, fancy, etc) is the same color as the toupee, except the ribbons seem to be slightly more "faded" (not quite as rich as the toupee colors). Hope that helps.
If there is a specific helmet you intend to put it on, you may have a better chance of buying that helmet with toupee already attached to it.

I don't think anyone will have a toupee on the helmet I want since most people put them on Jelly helms. Thank you for the color information, I just don't want it to clash too much with a blue/grey outfit.
Haven music ingrained in the brain forever. With the AH only feet away, the urge to spend grows everyday.

Are you sure?? I thought the way it worked was that you hit maximum practical benefit at a *total* cap of +11. It could be +8 on one piece and +3 on another; it'd all still go to good use.

I mean there is a limit on how much status resist you can have on one piece. If you have max curse on a Divine Veil it would only be +9 instead of +10 or whatever.

I am pretty sure that is not the case.
Got a source? My understanding was that Curse Max on a DV is +8 points, just like wearing a DV and having Curse Max on the other piece.
Example:
Curse Max DV + clean Vog = 8 points
Clean DV + Curse Max Vog = 8 points
Curse Max DV + Curse Max Vog = 12 points (but only 11 of those points give practical benefit)
