Last night when I was playing on the test server, this came to my mind when fighting Lichens.

Since Lichens combine, would it be possible to have status effects transfer? Like, say a single-colony Lichen has a poison effect on it, that should be able to transfer if the Lichen with the status effect combines with another Lichen. Yeah, I know. Stupid and pointless. I have too much time on my hands.
