hi, i just won a bid of a Crest of Winter, and the email with the iten appear in my inbox, i click in Accept and Delete, and i go to play, cuz i has see my inventary and the crest dissappear...
whats happen, whats i have to do ?

I don't know what happend too, maybe a server error after the storn, but, I lost 120.000 crowns with this, and my crest don't appear...

For any issues concerning missing items from the time of the server outage please contact Support directly by using the mail form. These issues cannot be easily handled in the forums.
The Arsenal has a Search Box, try searching for your Crest of Winter and it should appear. If not and it's disappeared entirely, then I don't know what happened.
