The undead almirian knights have blackened crests. But...blackened crests description says it got that way by being burned so much...theres not THAT much fire in legion of almire, so why dont the knights have crests of almire?

Let's assume Burned meant, It got scorched and deformed.
Its Almire, and Vanaduke went on a rage when he got power over Fire and stuff, so I'd expect the LoA to be a part of the original City of Almire or something, but since Vana isnt there anymore, the fires dwindled to ash. As in the Fire travels with Vana :/

The guards are covered in ashes, meaning they were at least close to fire at some point.
Fire goes out.
Takes the magic out of everything, doesn't it?
