I think that he means that you should title your thread something descriptive, such as "Fireburst Brandish or Tempered Calibur?", rather than something vague such as "decision time". Almost all Arsenal threads are about some kind of decision time.

Explicit title is a title that explains what's the thread about.
Title "decision time" in Arsenal may mean that you don't know whether to:
1. Use a Shivermist Buster against devilites or rather Dark Briar Barrage.
2. Get Polaris or Supernova
3. Attach Vertical Vents or rather Mohawk to your Demo Helm
4. Get Valkyrie Wings or Dragon Wings for your costume Vita Suit
5. Chose ASI or CTR on your Sealed Sword
6. Get a damage bonus versus Slimes or versus Gremlins on your Umbra Driver
7. Use a sword or a handgun against Alpha Wolvers
8. Upgrade your Striker into Venom Striker or rather into Hunting Blade
9. Sell your Regal Plume at AH or give it away to new player as a gift to gain some good karma.
and so on and so on...
A title like "Fire Brandish vs Tempered Calibur" or even something like"Which 3-hit sword shall I get?" would be more explicit I suppose.
As a person without any sword experience (maybe except some minor experience with Dread Venom Striker), I would advice Fire Brandish.

My 2 cents.
the calibur line will pretty much only last you until you can get 2 special weapons types (special being Elemental, Shadow, or Piercing). Given that, the Fireburst Brandish line will last you a lot longer. The other side is, assuming your very new and don't have a 2nd weapon, the calibur would be a better all around weapon until you have the ability to go and get 2 special weapon types. However, considering it sounds like you are at least 2* rank, you should be in the Royal Jelly Palace farming for crowns, and fire tears through that place, I would highly recommend getting the fireburst for now, and saving up to then make a nightblade.
