I fight for my friends.
I just play the characters from franchises I like, so I end up playing a lot of Kirby, Meta Knight, Luigi, and some other guys I can't remember. I played a bit of Marth and now some Ike, but I only started playing the Fire Emblem games like a week ago. Started with #7, the first English one, on the GBA, and I actually really, really like it. I'm not usually a big fan of the genre, but I'm enjoying the story and the amount of detail in the characters and levels, even though I can be rubbish at it sometimes.

brawl is good it most defenitly requires skill. It pushed the franchise foward and had a better roster, more fleshed out story ( It was meh tho). Sure there was metaknight and some could argue smash balls( just turn them off if you hate).They did get rid of wavedashing because it wasnt intentionally added., Sakurai himself said that when you bounce at a low angle to the ground the logical thing would be to thrust foward. this was the games physics not something intentionally added for people to expoit ( being able to go backwards while foward, defending and moving, using an attack multiple times.). Wavedashing in a way added ways to defy the game with creativity, I think thats why melee is loved more. The original smash bros is good but very unbalanced, Kirby and Fox are the best, link is by far the worst.
I really cant wait to see what Namco does with this stellar franchise ( they have people who have worked on long heartfelt stories, have experience with HD, and have decent online.) the series can only go up :)

But hey, Ike's Counter is too fast, and Ike is SUPPOSED TO BE SLOW. HE SHOULDN'T HAVE A FAST ATTACK, so Nick would want it removed. And the Super Armor in Aether? That's a GLITCH THAT SHOULDN'T BE THERE, so Nick would also remove it.
(Referencing these two weapons.)
EDIT: Please forgive me if Ike's Aether doesn't actually have Super Armor frames. I'm pretty sure it does, though...

They laughed.

Oh, his counter is hard to use. I don't use it much. The Aither? That move leaves him so open already. It's only proper purpose is recovery. Without those frames, you could edge guard him too easily.

@Auto: I was poking fun at Nick's way of 'fixing' weapons, not Ike's attacks. I have no problem with Counter or Aether the way they are. (Goes for the games he's in, too; Aether is made of awesome in the game and counter, well, if Ike couldn't counter he'd probably die from some lance-wielding chump.)
Isnt it obviously yellow?
