I have a inssue about my account, and when i try to make contact support im redirected to this link https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail (wich is empty). can some moderator point me to the right place? thx

That is the correct page. If it is empty that probably means that JavaScript is blocked on your web browser for one reason or another.

Please try:

Making sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser's settings.
Disabling or whitelisting the spiralknights.com domain on any plugin like Adblock Plus or NoScript.
Making sure that there is no extra security program installed that may block content on web pages. Set any programs to temporarily disabled or sleep mode
With all of the above already done, clear your browser's cache and reload the page
