I know I don't have the fastest internet in the world, but I mean really, that's my speed and ping to North VA, which is where the SK servers are for the US. That guarantees 3 bars on SK, and yet the video is what it's really like for me.

Here's what I've done so far:

New Router
Ports forwarded
Firewall has exception for Java and SK itself on both TCP and UDP both ways
Had a technician out to check the hardware of the internet modem and all that stuff, and it has no problems.
and many other things I can't think of ATM

I've literally done everything I can to help with the lag, and this is all I get in game.

And not to mention this is the ONLY game I lag in, even on this internet system. It used to be fine about a month ago, but every patch that comes out seems to make the lag worse and worse.

I don't know what to do anymore, I can't play this game unless I'm on a 100 MB/s connection it seems.

And switching to the UK server makes no difference whatsoever.
