75% of the times that I try to join Haven, or play LD, I get blackscreen and then Disconected, and then I cant login back because "Im already logged in" so I have to wait like 10minutes for my Character to get logged off automatically.
Really? I keep getting DC.

I have the same problem as well, i posted a bug report:
When changing a lockdown game, meaning after one is over and i try to play again, when the loading screen should appear i get a temporary black screen followed by the login screen. Upon trying to relog into the game, the following message appears, "Unable to connect to server". This message is shown for at least 20 minutes after the disconnection.
This black screen followed by the disconnection from the game also happens when you try to start lockdown. All I do in spiral knights is play Lockdown, i spend several hours of my day in Lockdown. When i log into the game, and i click join random game and i sit waiting for a game to start. When it does finally begin and my loading screen should appear, its a black screen followed by my login screen. While this is a huge problem, the larger problem for me is the inability to log back into the game after the disconnection. Rebooting does not help.
Finally, my cr is taken from me when this happens and there is no possible way it should have been taken since I haven't been able to play the game for an extended period of time due to this glitch.
I have NOT seen anyone complain about this glitch thus far, however I hope that I'm the only one suffering through this, It's been going on for a while now (Started around the last update).
Please do something to fix this problem, Spiral knights is the only game I play. Working where I do, its the absolute best way to pass my time, not gaming but simply interacting with my fellow guild-mates (Yes I treat Spiral knights as a Facebook type media to some extent). Having me unable to log back into the game leaves me not only without Lockdown, but without communication to other knights.

Took me two shotgun attempts, but SK is now loading FSC and Legion of Almire fine for me. Odd that it didn't work the first time, but it is now. I tried it yesterday night with no luck, and then tried again this morning for giggles and it worked O.o
It's not shown there, but be sure that you delete the leftover data in the SK folder after uninstall (especially if on steam) since my folder left ~200MB of stuff after each uninstall.
EDIT/UPDATE: It's failing on me again suddenly. Can't even get out of the Ready Room :( Guess the shotgun failed...
After a few months on hiatus, I attempted to do an FSC run my desktop, and ran into this exact issue. It also happens with trying to load the Legion of Almire mission. I can still enter areas such as RJP without a problem though. Works perfectly fine on my laptop though, so I'm pretty sure it's not a connectivity issue :/
My account is not through steam, and this first occurred while running off of the version downloaded through the steam client. I then uninstalled it, downloaded the standalone installer from the website and reinstalled to no avail. Still does not work with steam after a reinstall through there too.
To me it's kinda odd that it kicks me out only when I try to get into certain zones. Any help is greatly appreciated :3
