pay an exorbitant amount of money, and you can ride the elevators for free. granted this mildly copies an idea from champions online, but the difference is that you dont get access to all features for free, just one. on the flip-side of this suggestion, is allowing people to pay more than about 6$ for longer periods of free spelunking. maybe 15$ for six months, or 60$ for a year. keep in mind this would probably play hell on the CE/CR markets, so feel free to tell me to hush and go sit in the corner (or rage at me with your audio noise makers).

the OP is asking for discounted prices for buying more then one month. ie most sub based mmo's offer discounts for buying in 3, 6 or 12 month increments.
Personally I'd want to be able to gift elevator passes. My guild often has contest which I'd love to offer an elevator pass.

Having longer-lasting elevator passes makes perfect sense. We already have one month, so it should be possible to get a small discount when you buy for longer time periods - or possibly a 2-week pass for people who don't have a month's worth of holiday and don't want to spend the extra cash. (Obviously, this one would work out as more expensive in the long term.)
Infinitely long elevator passes would probably be a bad idea. But for up to six months... I guess it would be fine, as long as there are enough cr sinks.
