You probably need to adjust your expectations.
ASI VH on its own is maybe 6-8k CE, and the added CTR Low isn't worth much now that UV-locking exists.

Not interested in buying it either way. Just sayin', if you want 25k, this thread will still be here in 2013. I had an identical one before UV-locking; it went for 11k CE.

derpules is right. asi vh is worth 8-9k ce if you are super lucky. a ctr low will not add much to that. not much at all.
we are not being bullies, just as two people who intimately know the economy of the game, we are trying to be helpful and give you a realistic idea of what you can move this item for (if you are include to sell it). Otherwise you'll waste a lot of calories actively (trade chat) or inactively (bumping this thread) without any chance of it ever actually selling.
