hello there, i was wondering what sword should i get
glacius/combuster or divine avenger?
i pretty much know the difference between the swords but i wanted to know other ppl's opinion

This seems flipped around. The wide swing and high single hit damage allows players to aim minimally at a longer range and hit, dodge, and hit again. A brandish trumps a heavy sword because its swing is faster and more hits in a combo, allowing more hits to land on one enemy, dealing more damage. This is unlikely to happen in a ld match, where everyone is moving and attacking back.

Asi works very well with both swords, and it can be argued that the heavy sword needs it more. And in the case of op, ctr works with DA too, although brandishes benefit more from it.

Raw damage between the two is
Raw damage between the two is about the same.
Personal preference of 2 swing slow vs 3 swing med. speed swords.
Brandishes- Inflict status on charge
DA- Knockback on normal and charge attacks
In FSC: Combuster's charge can deal 1000+ damage, and will push monsters back. The charge is more spammable, and is easier in inflicting higher damage than the DA charge. (IMO)

I like pie.
Personally, I prefer to use a Combuster rather than a DA. Glacius is good too but since it causes freeze status (on the charge attack) it prevents enemies that are frozen to be knocked back and deals less damage on the explosions. I like using Combuster than DA because of its charge and attack speed. Combuster charge is pretty powerful and can do around 1000 (correct me if I'm wrong) damage on the charge. Plus knockback and status effect (which is really useful for slimes). I don't know how much DA does (how much DA do?) and knockback is good too but Combuster has status effect. But if you do FSC a lot, Combuster status is useless. (except on Trojans). Maybe DA is better for FSC. Also on attack speed, I was never a slow 2-hit person but thats just me. Really it depends on your playing style. If you like fast swords and status effects go for Combuster. If you like slow swords and FSC, go for DA.

combuster is better for normal zombies and constructs. So is glacuis. If you like FSC and do it alot suggest DA. Combuster is good for FSC but no status effect. you should get glacuis
