Anyway, there's a reason we have CE, and since Mist regens anyway, if one were to say grind FSC, then use the tokens to buy mist tanks, they essentially get infinite CE until the price...You know what screw it im with Asuka on this.

Also, if you could buy mist for ce, that would be stupid. If you could buy it for crowns, you'd force a limit to the ce price, which could result in crown inflation. If you could buy it for tokens, it would possibly lower the prices of other token goods, or make them less profitable.

Judging by your posts, you made this thread on a whim, and you don't care to back up any of your arguments. CE is there to support the game. The economy is there so we can trade and have an interesting game. Ignoring both just makes you an idiot.

After declaring your 'newness' to the forums, insulting veteran forumers is a very bad move.

AKA, other veteran forumers, at least 70% of them, myself included, don't take kindly to it.

I'll give it to you bluntly:

This idea is stupid.

1) Mist tanks, in their standard form, are worth 100e. Ce, in it's standard form, is 100e. By setting a price to buy a mist tank, you are in effect, setting a separate 'ce' price. There is now an alternative to ce, so everyone will just buy the cheaper alternative.

2) As a result, cheaper 'e' results in more cr in the market. Then we get rich guys everywhere, hallelujah. Now there being rich people, getting gear is less of a problem. How is that bad?
- Players getting gear sooner=players finishing the game sooner. Sooner you finish, the sooner you get bored.
- SK was created by the company to make MONEY. By giving an alternative to ce, that's LESS money OOO makes.
- Furthermore, the SOONER players leave the game, and the EASIER it is, that's LESS money OOO can make.
- The new influx of inexperienced players with little-to-no-idea-what-they-are-doing will be an extreme annoyance, there being enough of them able to buy their way into T3 as it is (no offense intended for the general P2P community). They are annoying because they hadn't spent much time in the previous Tiers, learning what they should do to be better at the game, instead blaming everything on gear, lag, too hard opponents and the like, as opposed to bettering themselves and their knowledge of gameplay to improve.

That, and the majority of fecalskulls like them are often literal scumbags. Met one In T1 earlier. Kept shouting things like 'Oi, get over here boi boi' and 'Oi, get your @SS over here' as well as missing the healing pads in the arena completely. While I healed my missing half-pip (as opposed to their missing half-health, which never did get healed), he told me to 'get over here boi boi I wanna show you something' followed by 'MY @SS'. Then tells me he wants to 'show me a good time', going so far as to specify WHAT when I replied nonchalantly. ^_-

3) "don't give and damn about CE I don't want to waste it I use it for crafting"
- This statement makes no sense whatsoever, considering that 'e' usage is equal among both forms, and that although ME is regenerateable, by buying the tank it is as good as buying ce ANYWAY. So using it would be like using ce, except it has the limit of not being able to exceed 100 when you 'top-up'.
- If you didn't 'give a damn about ce', you wouldn't have made this thread, since ce is so foreign to you as something to care about.

Enough about your half-baked idea, let's move on to your conduct:
- "Mist tanks should-" There is no 'should' about ANY suggestion. Maybe there 'should' be a way to get off this godforsaken rock and fly to planet Earth to meet myself. Maybe there 'should' be a generator somewhere to top up my energy whenever I feel like it, or maybe there 'should' be an all-powerful sword only I can get that deals the maximum amount of damage possible with all four damage types and deals all the stats with every hit and has the range of my screen-No. Not even.

There is no 'should'. There is only ever 'maybe'.

Don't you get it? Somewhat surprisingly, this game is not all about YOU. Deal with it. This FORUM is about improving the game for the COMMUNITY as a WHOLE. Would it be good for the game if OOO decided to make things easy and give everyone instant T3 access and infinite ME? NO, considering the game would then be finished in less than 12 hours, give or take a few thousand years for the purely hopeless.

Askuka is a well-known rager around these parts. PARTICULARLY when the 'newguy around town' decides that he/she is too good for the search bar too look up long dead threads already detailing the several thousand reasons NOT to implement said suggestion. And although blunt, harsh, and somewhat over-the-top most of the time, what Asuka says is MOSTLY true.

XYLKA is more of a thinker, and methinks ethical person. When given, his opinion usually holds more weight than the average poster, because most us us can rely on him to have at least THOUGHT OUT his posts, instead of vomiting out whatever fecal matter comes to mind.

NEITHER should be taken lightly in ANY CASE, unless COMPLETELY out of line for whatever reason. And in this case, although harsh, and blunt, and justified, considering your less-than-savoury and THOUGHTLESS retort, they are in fact, CORRECT.

In all seriousness, your lack of knowledge about the effect this would have, and the utter disregard for other people's logical arguments leads me to believe you have a less-than-basic knowledge of what an economy IS. Throwing back words people use at you without knowing what they are 1) completely defeats the purpose of trying, and makes you look like and idiot 2) makes you look as dense as the guy who takes what you say and thro-owait.

As afore mentioned, a purchasable alternative would make either itself or it's original useless, considering they are now two fish sharing the same pond; Same size, same type, whichever's easier to catch becomes your new pet.

Don't even make me pull out my all-powerful-sword idea again. What's 'awesome', and what's actually useful, worth the effort and a viable suggestion are different things entirely. Being able to make an Iron-Man knight, with a body made from vibranium (so I can't be hurt), repulsors, precision-targeted-metallic-pellet launchers, a Uni-beam, rockets, various upgrades and Thor's hammer would be awesome, for ME, but not for a Thor+Iron man hater, but ultimately, is not a worthwhile idea to even DISCUSS on a field such as this.

Also, if you can't accept that your suggestion was a bad one, based on logic from people that know what they're talking about, you have no place posting ideas here.

Your suggestion was bad, and selfishly conceived, thought out, and delivered, and your attitude towards others is terrible, and self-important.

All of us in this thread, save for possibly Halifix, have been here within the first year of SK's official launch, some sooner. We, unlike you, more or less know what we're talking about. That's not ego, that's not confidence, that's not stuck-up-snobbishness, that is a fact. I, personally have had a year or so to develop that skill: 'knowing what I'm talking about'.

@Batmanrocks: I would cut him some slack, if the slack were worth cutting. I came to this thread objectively. I left it irritated at his inability to listen.

Mistakes:
1) Did not search his topic, otherwise he would have noticed the other million threads similar to his own.
2) Worded the idea selfishly, backing it up with only what he believes is good for himself.
3) Rebutting players aggravated by his previous mistakes.
4) Pointing fingers where there are no culprits.

Now, if you are still reading this, (and I hope you are, I might mail you saying something like this) you must note that some people in the community really EXPLODE when they see something they don't like and then proceed to HATE THE CRAP OUT OF IT. Some suggestions are really flawed, like the one about getting around the PVP fees, but others are meh. I would personally ignore the people who give a lame response and don't fight your logic with their real logic. If you want to make suggestions some things to do are: giving a lot of information, making sure the grammar has been fixed, and making sure to make it look the least selfish is the best way to keep picky/illogical people at bay.

Now, for your idea. For one, there are already mini mist tanks obtainable through PVP bribing. However, I don't think your idea itself isn't THAT bad. If it was featured auctions and was for a reasonable price, (maybe bid price could start at half that of current CE price) maybe it would work.
