Everytime i try to launch the game from my desktop.. a windows pop-ups with a planet.... and it always downloading.. is this normal?
or i need to do something about it..

It didnt work for me as well
It didnt work for me as well a couple days ago. But it started working again after some waiting and i really dont know why. Most people get this problem after a new patch comes out.
You can still try to reinstalling though. You just have to find the place where SK is installed and delete it but the file is kinda hiden in the computer for some reason.
