So, I am having some issues with this game and I would appreciate if someone could shed some light onto it. Until recently, my game was working just perfectly, but then something rather unusual started to happen. You see, whenever I try to get into the depth 0 on the Clockworks, the game will get stuck on the loading screen when progress reaches about 96%.
All other areas in the game seen to be working fine.
I have no idea what could have caused this, the game was working fine three days ago, and started happening today (I didn't play it on Sunday). The only things I've done recently in the game was acquisition of a Wolver Cap with two UV, and a Wolver Suit with one UV (Both can be seen in the attached screenshot).

Besides that, the only thing I did on Steam was add a friend to my friend list, which I believe bears no relevance to the issue at hand.
I've also included a screenshot with the exact moment where the game freezes. Thank you very much for the help!

And I did this too... Man, I

And I did this too... Man, I don't know why this is happening, because I already tested another account (my sister's account) in my pc and it's working perfectly, her knight can access the depth 0 with no problems.

Maybe it's involved with any problems in converted accounts? (my account is a steam account and my sister's account isn't)

My guess would be something is wrong with steam's version of java. Reinstall steam?

How could the problem be

How could the problem be Steam? As I informed previously, I can log in with my sister's account on Steam and access Depth 0 of the Arcade without a problem. It doesn't make sense for the game to be affected by the platform, because Java is the same for the browser and Steam versions.

I apologize if I'm being rude, but I really love Spiral Knights, to the point I have invested a lot of money on my character, and I don't want to lose all my progress. Tonight I will test another character in the same account to verify if the problem is related solely to that one.

Steam has it's own version of Java.

Steam DOES have it's own

Steam DOES have it's own version of Java, but if you can log in through your sister's account then it's a character-based problem

The next time you're stuck at that Depth 0, check if you can submit a bug report with F2.

.

I wasn't aware that Steam had their own Java system, to me they were the same. That must be why the fullscreen trailers are all choppy and truncated in the plataform.

Last night, I tested my Knight again and it looks like the problem was corected. I don't understand what could have caused it, since I resetted the machine, reinstalled the game twice and nothing happened. What's sad is that, in my desperation, I sold a set that I spent so much on.

Well, if I have any further problems, I will use the bug report, as you told me. Thanks for all.
