OOO Use some of the money that you got from recent promo to improve update servers
This is annoying that it takes 2 hours+ to update your client.
The connection with server lasts for about minute and then is broken, it happens with last recent patches.

I have made so many suggestions to them, I mean Hurricane electric Offers By far better for everything., And by Contrast, The company is much closer.
Unfortunately, the mind set is Cheaper- Cheaper- Cheaper, but at what cost?
Not only that, they also should add a portuguese heaven its really annoying to be on your haven then a Brazilian come to your haven and start asking for help and its pretty funny how you understand them but they cant understand you and they start to blaming and cursing everyone (since my language its Spanish they come to Spanish Haven talking portuguese)
Im not racist it just simple: they need their haven some of them come asking for other portuguese and for help and no one cant help them on Spanish server, and the worst: they dont talk english so no way to help them.
OOO Add more havens specially a portuguese one, Improve servers please -.-
