There isn't such a thing as a "Nemesis pack". The deal is that if you buy any regular energy pack you'll get a certain number of Nemesis boxes along with it (until the 30th).
The Guardian Armor pack was also new and was popular since it was half price but still got you 4 boxes, but it's no longer on sale.

Well the Guardian Pack was 50% off until 23 July, that was the last day to get it for only 20$, it normal price its 40$ dls, so until they decide to make again the promo, the guardian pack will stay for 40$ i have the same doubt as you with the promo until 30 july but thats only for the nemesis prize box.
in fact Nemesis Promo it just when you bought energy from 9.95 dls to 50$ dls you get nemesis boxes. thats the nemesis promo.
if you refer about the guardian pack well:

but the pack only contains:
5000 Ce
2 costumes armors and helm
1 30 days heat amplifier
5 mist tanks
and well with the "nemesis promo" 4 nemesis prize boxes.
