The new Lichens are referred as either Oilgels or Toxoilers.
The large Lichens are not Oiler Barons, they are Oilargos.
The large Scorcher is not Herex, indeed if you read the in-mission text, you'd see that Herex has fled the factory and that the giant Gremlin is most likely the foreman.
Bloody hell, if you want to claim that they're Oil Barons so bad that you're willing to spread misinformation withe absolutely no proof, why don't you go search the game files? He might be in there.

The big oil thing is Oiler Baron.
The gremlin boss is Herex.
