Have you ever been kicked from new party even before you fully loaded for various reason
- you had your favourite low lvl costiume so they though you are just newb or noob
- you are new skilled player that cant afford expensive equipment so they though you are just another noob or newb
- they didnt like you equipment since they only accept wolver clones/bombers/people without knockback weapons
- they were mean people that kicked you just for fun
- they got scared that you will better than them so they kicked you to not look like newbs during fight
- they waited for someone but of course they couldnt lock party, locking party is too mainstream
- you were loading 13.412423 s too long so they just couldnt wait for you
so you dont even know who kicked you?

Here is solution. When leader kicks someone from group, person that is being kicked will receive a brown message:
"A party leader has kicked you from party."

Thanks to that, if anonymity will be taken away, people will start thinking more before kicking someone from group for fun, of course if the kick is justified (they see you loading in full proto in the middle of map or you are loading already 2 minutes) the wont be afraid you having their name, but if the reason is silly (omgz look he has xxx weapon he is nooobz kick him) they will maybe think twice.

I seem to remember getting kicked once because I split up on a Snarbolax run. This was non-shadow lair, by the way. The point was to speed matters up a bit by going through a gate as soon as another person had opened it, but apparently not. I didn't even get any kind of warning as to what I was doing wrong.
I informed them that they were being unfair and got a load of liquids in response, to use Luguiru's turn of phrase.
But yeah, this would help. (I think I got kicked once for getting a Royal Core drop, too. That was... amusing. Even more so since I would've offered to give it had they asked for it.)

hm, after all i never got kicked from a party myselfe. but it happened once that friend of mine got kicked after he joined with his rank 2 pvp stuff. end of the song was: the whole group leaved and left that kicker alone and we just started a new party.

but you shall consider kicking can also be a protection:

no new player could kick someone he wont like if his name gets published. if he would kick a troll then he needs to expect much spamming and bad rumors and gets a bad call by someone who has no better stuff to do than giving bad calls.

actually this system of anonymous kick works and if someone kicks you out without warning you before you shall think if it is worth to join that guy after all.

I do that, when I forget to lock parties. Or if a friend is coming along, and the other guy is random. Id prefer some sort of countdown from when the party leader kicks. That way, if the party leader decides to take it back, they can.

I fully support this idea! It gets so annoying when you just join a party and the leader randomly kicks you, or they wait to kick you in the middle of a run to rather invite a friend (or they're just feeling mean spirited).

TBH I've even been kicked from doing things like helping out players with RJP runs in my 4 and 5* gear (I even had my dark retribution bomb with me! but meh, their loss XD) that must have been your 5th option ^_^

What Little-Juances said. If you join a PUG, be prepared to be kicked for whatever reason.

Long ago when I still do PUGs, I got kicked once for using a key before all four were collected in JK level 2.
