Hello, I am wondering if there is a difference in the KB of the basic swings in the Troika and Sealed Sword lines.

This may have been mentioned in the forums before, but I haven't seen it via search. Sorry for the repeat question if that's the case.

I read this thread and thought it made the Sudaruska look cool. In it, it seems to have been established that the hitboxes of the sealed sword and troika lines are exactly the same, and of course the general damage and dps potential is greater for the sealed swords. I was wondering if there might be an advantage to the Troika line outside of the potential utility of the charge attack: namely, a greater KB on the basic combo.

Thank you!

Sad to say...

The Knockback on the Sealed, is exactly the same as a Troika line. The Hitboxes are the same too.

The Suda has only ONE redeeming feature... and that's it's charge. And that is only Just balanced to the Charge of a DA... Only just.

right

If there were a big difference in knockback, then the Suda/Trig vs. DA/GF arguers would have had to deal with that. But, as Tsubasa-No-Me says, there is no noticeable difference.

SUNSHAAAAAAAAARDS

The Grivine Avenger and the Dan Faust? Never heard of those.

I would prefer a Triggy charge to a DA charge in a Vortex, because Freeze means you can hit again, and again... a GF charge curses, making it even more powerful when combo'd with Vortex, but of course it can self curse and doesn't do jack to most undead and some fiends.
