Quick question, If I were to make one is it auto-binded because I wanted to know if I could make one and sell it without un-binding it.

Short answer
You can't upgrade to 4* unless the 3* is heated. And you can't heat a 3* without binding it. (Plus, Sealed Swords come bound if you redeem them with tokens.)

Every time you craft, if an item was already bound, it stays bound. As they posts above have pointed out, pretty much every 4* or 5* item you craft will be automatically bound because you need heated (and therefore bound) items to make them.

However, you can buy a lvl
However, you can buy a lvl five sealed sword from AH and therefore your avenger won't be bound.

It would be bound either way.
In order to craft 4* equipment you must have a Lv5 Weapon. Which requires the player to use it. Besides, Sealsword is already bound when obtained.
