Outbid Notice: Brandish

So I accepted my crown refunds after I was outbid, and I get a message that says: An unexpected error occured. Please try again later.
I tried clicking, "accept and delete", and I got the same error message.

I was bidding on a brandish for 540 crowns, so I assumed that my crowns were eaten.
