A few days ago I encountered a problem with the AH. I won an auction (the recipe charged quicksilver mail) but I haven't received any mail with the item.

I made a technical support demand but Atalanta closed it telling me I ve just made a confusion between the mail's recipe and the helm's recipe.
Indeed I ve also won an auction for the recipe charged quicksilver helm but that was another auction.

I report a bug, but I also demand a repayment (cr or recipe)
