It would be much more easier if monsters had health bars so u could tell if the boss or monster
was about finished

Also, search bar. This has been discussed at least half the times as pets, and was implemented as the 'visual stage system' we now have for bosses. Monsters die soon enough, so they won't matter.
Just hit it until it dies. Normal mobs don't have much health in the first place and bosses have phases.
