I personally think the boss missions should only be available to do 1 - 5 times. I really miss having to go through the arcade to get to the boss. It made the actual boss more exciting. Now, When you can do the boss 2 - 3 times on a full mist tank they get boring. That is just a suggestion. No need for rudeness in the reply's.
Boss missions
"Now, When you can do the boss 2 - 3 times on a full mist tank they get boring. "
That was a bad excuse. If you find it boring, nothing stops you from going to the arcade on your own.
The lack of a good team prevents me from going to the arcade. Barely anyone goes to the arcade, so you cant find a good team, if any.

Join a guild, or go through the process of growing some friends.
i hope you were mentioning tier 3 arcade/SL
tier 1/ 2 are jokes that doesn't require a party at all.
OT: i solo arcade only when i have the need to get some rare recipes from basil.
Party Finder can help you with that.

But thats everyone's problem. A lot of good people want to go to the arcade, but end up avoiding it in fear of that. If only they could meet and be together....
Like a shy couple that secretly loves each other but no one takes the first step.
I go to the Arcade, but normally I lock my parties because often the people who turn up in them are just hitching a ride. I had one person who kept hanging back for me to do all the kills, and refused to help with clearing areas. At all. (He got kicked pretty fast.)
The issue for me is not the good people, but the lazy ones.
And yeah, there needs to be some kind of limit to how often you can do boss missions. However, I'm normally the one who does complete FSC runs in the Clockworks, since the valuable recipes aren't available from the Mission Basil. Some kind of other incentive might make it easier to get Arcade parties, though.
Putting a limit on the amount of times you can do the boss missions would not prevent players who really want to grind the boss mission from doing so. After all, they could just never finish mission mode and take the elevator up right before Vana every time.
The only way to make people stop grinding a particular thing is to make that particular thing less profitable. Making it more difficult to grind just widens the gap between players who exploit and players who don't.
How about a limit on all boss missions similar to the daily prestige system, but allowing two runs a day per boss?
In one day you can do two Vanaduke runs, then do two of each of the other three bosses through missions for the day. People can still use crystal to truck through boss missions but only to a limited extent. The limit extends to joining other parties unlike daily missions, preventing stowaways. You had two runs for the whole day on that boss and you used both of them. Go do some other stuff. This limit would not apply to the Clockworks allowing for classic players more freedom which they deserve. This would only punish those who use CE/passes to grind missions all day while non-premium players would have already used their mist for the day and everyone can enjoy the game in general rather than focusing on their main grinding point all day.
For the record I am in favor of limiting mission repetition to the above system. Chain their wrists, not lock them underground. For another record I am amongst those who jump into the Arcade for kicks. Sometimes I set a mic so people can listen to my playlists through it; not that everyone enjoys old rock, but the responses from other players are always interesting. For example.
