I thought of this while I was doing a royal jelly run.
Ok, to discourage the random swinging of heavy swords or the spam of haze bombs, I thought of something that can accomplish it:
Friendly fire.
Why not? Instead of just randomly swinging a Gran faust around, spamming Voltaic tempest or making a Polaris barrage, People have to be precise and would make lockdown more skill based than Pay to win.
Now, I know what you're thinking: "This would just make trolls come to lockdown matches and kill our entire team!" Well this is not without penalty.
More team kills: Longer spawn time and can even reach minutes! (and more expensive mist revives throughout the entire match)
In case of trolls, too much team kills will make crown penalties and may result in a kick. (Like a very short amount of time between team kills)
Well this isn't 100% effective but this is a possible answer. anything else you can add is appreciated.
Huh?... Friendly Fire...
On a hardcore way to play Lockdown, sure. I'll like this idea if only the developers think about it again, since the Blast Network has team kills.
The TK penalities, I'll rather have the kick function dropped out because if things goes wrong of lacking players to capture points, it'll ruin the game. Change it to 'disarmming weapons' so that the person won't give another crap to other players again, thus he still needs to work with the team and capture the points. It's called 'pacifist'.
Some people won't suggest this as it seems we all get confused about who the heck is who, especially us wearing Skolvers. Even team colours can't make a difference. This will make FF deadly. :/
And yet.. actually sorry to disappoint but, -1.
