Sniped Stranger Hat would sell for about 300-400k crowns. It's quite rare and can only be gotten from the explorer's pack in a 1/10 chance. One would be very lucky to find one priced for 250k.
I'm not sure about the 7-day Heat Amp...try checking the ce shop thingy to see how much CE it would cost. I think there's only a 1 day and 3 day heat amp though...try multiplying the price of the heat amps to get the price for a 7-day one.
