Well i have (swords) Acheron, Blazebrand and Grand Flourish.
and i want to either get fiery atomizer or freezing atomizer or my ash tail coat
idk what first

A rundown
-Shivermist Buster will let you set up enemies for Blazebrand and Acheron charges, but not as well as an Electron Vortex would.
-Ash of Agni is a pretty good bomb for easily adding damage to a crowd of enemies without worrying much about anything. Being on fire does not change enemy behaviour at all except for oilers.
-Shivermist Buster is useful in Firestorm Citadel and Compound 42. Ash of Agni is useless and suicide in those areas, respectively. With a Shivermist, you'll be super popular and all the Blitz Needlers will want you to come along on their FSC runs!
-Neither will do much good in Lockdown.
-Oh, your armour is 3*? Yeah, just get the Ash Tail coat first.

Chill out and don't bump your thread, it's only been 20 minutes.
Anyway, you want to keep your stuff at about the same rank, so get your Ashtail Coat first. Fiery Atomizer is nice, but it probably wont see much action as at this point in the game, you'll likely be running quite a lot of FSC. So Ash Tail, then Freezing Atomizer, then possibly considering a Blitz Needle, and then Fiery Atomizer if you decide to do some RJP or to occasionally escape the tedium of endless FSC.
