Tersa, it's not a matter of cake. It's a matter of forumgoers ALWAYS taking a vitriolic tone on the forums and having nothing to say that is constructive and ALWAYS denigrating. There is NO END to forum posts that go along the lines of "I am leaving forever, this is broken, we are not being heard, we are ..." etc. It never ends. I know for a fact that our ideas are looked at, most of the content that we do see comes from the SUGGESTION THREAD WHERE PEOPLE POST THEIR IDEAS AND OR VOICE THEIR COMPLAINTS WITH IDEAS THAT FIX THE ISSUE INSTEAD OF BEMOANING THE ISSUE AT HAND ON GENERAL DISCUSSION AND THEN RILING EVERYONE UP. And changes can't come out overnight, it's called a "work schedule".

They listen and they do things for us.

Eg:
1. Elevator passes - This is from the suggestion thread over player being unable to use their mist and wanted a small pay option to play infinitely on the weekends.
2. Lockdown PvP - Because people complained because of a lack of pvp as it was in beta.
3. Danger Missions - Players complained about lack of difficult content. They apportioned out time to continuously make more difficult missions that ARE FREE.

The list goes on but frankly I get tired writing the SAME response for every third month or so. It's absolutely ridiculous to watch so many people COMPLAIN. I could hand you a free salad and I could swear that HALF of you would complain I gave you the wrong dressing for it.
