Hi all,

I recently sent a support ticket regarding an accident where I had rolled on my (Hadouken) Master Blaster CTR VH + ASI LOW that I had recently bought.
The plan was to get a CTR VH + ASI VH blaster for use and then eventually sell.

I started by locking my CTR VH UV and rolling the 2nd UV for ASI VH - I had rolled about 2milcr in before I got distracted and closed punch, reopened to try again.
Unfortunately I forgot to lock the CTR VH and I ended up losing my sexy CTR VH :( I sent a support ticket ASAP, I just wanted my CTR VH back.

It is slightly ironic that I spoke to two players who rolled on their UV by accident before it happened to me. I now know how they feel and I am so sad that I feel like quiting. Extrajuicybits = ExtraButtHurt D:

Anyway I am not asking for my 2mil cr or the CTR VH uv back. I just would like to suggest for the future to allow certain exceptions - I understand by allowing people to reverse UV's people may abuse the system however in my case the two UVs that people generally want on a weapon is CTR VH and ASI VH. It just doesn't seem logical to use a 2uv ticket on a weapon without locking the CTR VH or ASI VH variant with the intentions of getting something better.

Possibly there could be a 1 chance system per account following a certain circumstance.

Thank you for reading
Extrajuicybits

I'd also like to say thanks to Clotho for trying to help.

This is not a suggestion, you

This is not a suggestion, you are simply talking about UV's and your whole story of how you rolled on your UV. This has nothing to do with the suggestions. Even if it has the word "Suggest", your just telling us whatever.

on numerous occasions

they have made a 1 time exception for rolling over a uv by accident.
if its your first time, they should make an exception for you, to do otherwise would be to not treat you as they have treated other players.

@ Rommil,I've heard of

@ Rommil,

I've heard of similar stories as you have, Cocosnake being an example.

However, I have recently accidentally rerolled on a ASI VH UV by accident, and OOO have made clear to me that they will not make any exceptions at all regarding UVs. I'm not here to say if it's right or wrong. I'm just stating my experience.

@ The-Knight-Who-Needs-To-Learn-English,

I don't see how this is not a suggestion. He is suggesting, that knights be granted a reprieve if it's an obvious case of rerolling over a good uv by accident. For example, rerolling a ASI VH Flourish.

well, not to be pushy

but since they refuse to change my RSS vh CTR into the Heavy Crystal VH CTR (since i think my elem bomb should still be an elem bomb to punish undead and constructs) because "we cannot do for one player what we cannot do for every player. it would be unfair to make this change for you, becuase we won't make it for anyone else." logic,

Then, since they have given more than one person a one time reprieve, by their own logic, then they must therefor do it for everyone. to uphold their own bizarre form of "justice."

and i would tell them as much in a support ticket. and i would mention cocosnake as one such knight who was given this "gift," and thus ask to be given the same treatment as another spiral knight, in the name of fairness. But thats just me, and mainly because i'm very annoyed by this whole RSS scenario :x

@ Rommil,

Already tried, with references and all. Still, denied.

uh-oh

triple O is being shady and contradicting themselves.

If they do it for one player, they admit to having to do it for everyone. I smell hypocrisy. Rommil is neither amused nor surprised.
