Does anyone know how movement speed bonuses work when stunned? From what I hear, they're a flat bonus that ignores modifiers, so they are effective when charging bombs or some other slowing activity.
Movement speed bonuses?

The effect is so low on regular conditions, that you'll hardly notice it either, unless someone is next to you to compare.

Is the effect more noticeable
Is the effect more noticeable when slowed? What I meant in my opening is that the flat bonus is tacked on after movement modifiers, so adding say 10 speed when moving at 50 is more noticeable than adding 10 speed when moving at 100. I want to know if this applies to stun.

Processing Thoughts of You Always
I suspect that it would be 5 speed when moving at 50 and 10 speed when moving at 100. Or at least, that seems like the most logical option for the mechanic (which may not actually be how it works).
Unfortunately my Charged Quicksilver isn't quite heated enough to upgrade into Mercurial yet, so my testing will have to wait a little while yet. :U
You move slightly quicker than when stunned normally.
