Hello, everybody! That's one of my first Forum Topics; hope I can do more topics soon.

Anyway, I'm with problems. I have a Salamander set, but I don't know what upgrade should I do! Arcane is harder to do, has a greater defense and resistances, has Bonus Damage VS Slime: Low and has Bonus Damage VS Beast: Low. By the other hand, Volcanic is easier to make( compared to Arcane, of course), and has Bonus Damage VS Slime: Medium.
So, that's why I made this topic; express your opinion, say what upgrade I should make! Thanks in advance.

Deadly Virulisk

Volcanic and Arcane make little sense, because they offer a bonus against monsters that inflict piercing damage, but they offer no defense against these monsters. Deadly Virulisk at least offers offense and defense against the same kinds of monsters.

Both sets offer a weird counter-intuitive mix of specific abilities.

If you're into swords, vog cub offers the same defenses with a more general bonus.

So, I will make Volcanic then. Just realized that I will need a good Fire Resistence for FSC...

Little-Juances, I already have a Dusker Set. So, I'm already looking to Vog. But, I will make Vog Cub Coat and Snarbolax Cap. Which will be very useful, since I have a lot of Swords on my Arsenal.

We just got done telling you that Volcanic Salamander makes no sense. And you're going to get Vog Cub, because you have lots of swords. Here's what's actually the best plan for you: Don't make Volcanic Salamander. Do make Vog Cub.

Volcanic Salamander is kind of like a transitional armor. You use it early on for the slime bonus and later for the fire resist.

But wolver does the same thing, and he already has a dusker. Makes Chroma unnecesary if you use swords.

What I'm saying is if you had to chose between Virulisk and Salamander you should choose salamander.

Mentlegen, the Wolver is useful for Swordsmen( Strikers). It gives good bonus for Swords. But if you are a Bomber or a Gunslinger, it isn't good for you. Depends of your game style.

That's a good question. I believe, there are more Gunslingers than Swordmasters. If you see, you can see many people using Guns more than Swords. The Bombers are the less popular ones. It's rare to found a Bomber.
