I just came up with this idea so it hasn't been fully fleshed out yet. So, after reading Deltatheknight's post http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/62787, it got me thinking, how did the spiral knights find cradle, how did the skylark crash, and what is the spiral knight's home planet (If some of this is explained please tell me so). What I'm getting at is that in the beginning, when you make a knight, it is explained about how the spiral knights came to be on cradle; and saying were they originated from, how the came upon cradle, and how they crashed. This will be explained using a slide show with narrative text; so tell me what you think about this idea.

All I know that in a place called "Ilsola", the knights were fighting some dudes called the "Vorai"(little bit rusty on the namings) in something called "The Liberation of Ilsola".

Those parts are left to the imagination.
Some fanfictions created over there give their own explanations, but if Three Rings were to come out and tell us everything would draw from the creativity our community has.

i agree with you, personally im very interested in the background of spiral knights and i hate that they didnt tell it
