At first I was going to rage about how you never win at these gamble-ish CE promos. Three Rings sells CE packages with a special offer they are doing (a chance to win "X" prize!), the players buy it for the special offers but of those chances of getting anything from the promo, only a small amount of the original players get the prize. Out of this whole year I've been playing sk, the only accessory I ever got from buying CE was a Volcanic Stranger Hat. It's not even that great since it doesn't even have a snipe. I wanted the Crest of Summer when the package came out this year, I tried to get it by buying a package but of course all I got was a shzzton of confetti. But then I got a smart idea, with that CE I bought, I could sell it to try to buy a Crest of Summer on the AH. Sadly the price skyrocketed like crazy in which my idea backfired in less than 36 hours.

I've tried in the past to get other accessories like the Dragon Wings promo. I've tried many times & of course, all I got was finckug confetti & some other crap. I keep forgetting that these promos are just an added plus when buying CE & are not something you should actually be chasing unless you can spend money freely. I'd like to get some of those accessories but I always fail when trying to get them through the means of buying CE. The only way to get them is through the AH with crowns which means FSC - grind-fest. I wouldn't give a rat's tairy hesticles of Three Rings's way of making items rare & keeping end-game players busy with this CE promo concept.

I don't want to grind to get accessories. I lost money, I lost time, & it was all in vain. This isn't the reason why I'm quitting tho but it's just a personal feeling that I now realized. sk's f2p. This has to be by far the most disappointing f2p game when it comes to buying things from it. I'm PAYING to BUY a CHANCE to GAMBLE at winning a PRIZE. Buying CE was a NEED for some of us but then when it came to getting accessories, it became a WANT. You buy CE = You get a chance at getting an accessory & some other type of small benefits.

Exactly, this community is only a one way trip. It's not really my style to play like that to get things I want. I like it nice & simple like my remedial classes.

But let's talk about yer fortune.

I have over one year not getting a single ragecrafted or punched ASI VH UVs.
Nor do I have that kind of luck shoving out a wolver tail from a lockbox.

I shoved out a vents before. It was great.

I opened less than 10 lockboxes, but I punched too much money on Punch, which I always took him a scammer.

So why take a wrong step if ye knew that was going to kill yer virtual life? Ye know it's like ye needed some food to play this game. (rotfl did I just.. ahaha..)

I'd still recommend this game

I'd still recommend this game to people. Those who play hobo hotel & imvu. They could work their little arzses off in FSC & get themselves those accessories they wanted so badly! Because that's all there is to sk.

1) How do you not get dragon wings in the dragon wings promo when you had a 100% chance of getting dragon wings? They weren't giving out confetti during the promotion.

2) Also, when you sold your CE for crowns you sold it under market price when you needed more to buy the crest of summer via AH.

In the above thread, you have 161k crowns, and you have 3.5k CE, assuming you sold the CE at 7k/100ce, you would have got 245k crowns.

Crest of Summers were selling for ~200k crowns at the time, if you were patient or used trade chat, you could have easily gotten it. You had enough cash to buy it.

Conclusion: Reality =/= what you say.

Kitty is wasting our time with stupidity even in his leaving , and since we know it's not likely that this thread will be graveyarded, I say we bury this thread in a flood of new posts. More importantly, I use my ipod to check the forums, and the title of this thread is so small I need to zoom in on it ion general discussion to be able to click on it, and its pissing me off

@Artistbma ---- Never ever tell anyone in Eos what to do it never ends well....trust me I know from experience I asked Repartee if he can promote someone for me next thing I knew half the guild was kicked. He told me its because I gave him an order its my punishment!!

@Gweny --- I can so see that happening lol I would not bump them I would just add-onto why I love this game so much since bumping is against forum rules.

lol this is why i don't buy CE promos.

Also you think your luck is bad with punch Thunderbog? I rolled my BAB I think 5 times where the first 4 were ALL low gremlin, and the last one was low fiend. :P also the best UV I've probably had was med asi on my DA.

Edit: My other reason for not buying CE promos is because I don't have a job and am a highschool student lawl.
