This isnt completely necessary, but it could be a good way to prevent some newer posters from posting overdone topics. the basic idea is to add another sticky under ''forums rules and help'' and it would list down some over done topics. to get an idea of what im talking about, i will copy and paste a example of this from another forum (this is the transformice forums in case your wondering)

You are allowed to suggest any idea you believe is appropriate. However, there are some ideas we ask you to refrain from suggesting since they've been suggested a lot.

Cats

Multiple Shamans.

Items which give players an unfair advantage.

Transformice on other platforms such as iOS.

Bringing back events or ability to buy items from previous events.

Clothing for the body (t-shirts, pants etc) or foot wear.

Giving cheese/fraises to other mice.

Suggestions related to minigames ran by bots. Please contact the person who runs the minigame.

Free fraises.

Cheaper items or fraises.

Player customizable titles.

New communities. The developers have access to statistics showing what countries have a lot of players. If there is enough demand, a community will be made.

Anything that is already found on the suggestion list. If your idea is similar, discuss what you would change in the original thread.
