Yes, they are timed
Onihito: Yes, they are timed. You have 30 days from when you use them before they go into a critical overload and need a replacement module. Sometimes, this destroys any weapon inside!
(They go into your Arsenal, use them and you have another slot, thanks to a bug sometimes any weapon in it is deleted when it wears off, unequip it on the last day)
Go to the Energy Depot. Two ways to get to it are:
A) On the left of the missions page, there is a clicky thing to get to it.
B) To the left of the Auction house, the Energy Depot Person stands.
Once at the energy Depot, I think you can just look at the featured items, and it'll be there.
