So, I've been playing for a coupla days, and one thing that kinda bugs me is that I've sat for a while on Lockdown while in tier 1 trying to get into games, and utterly fail to get in. I've even seen a topic around here that says that people with tier 1/2 gear sometimes get thrown into tier 3 games. That totally put me off of playing Lockdown until tier 3, for now. (I will say that I've had some fun in the bomb game)
But what I don't get is...is tier 1-2 just that much less fun or something? Why do people mostly play with tier 3 gear? Again, I haven't actually played lockdown, so maybe there is a reason.
Maybe once I get some good tier 3 gear, this will cease to matter for me, but I think it would be cool if the rewards cycled for tier 1/2/3 each day or something. I'm not talking about anything super special. Just, maybe, make one day out of the seven have a higher payout for tier 1, and one out of seven have a higher payout for tier 2.
(Sorry if this is a dumb idea)
To be completely honest, I would even want to play lockdown at least a little bit even if I didn't get a reward, but right now that seems tough to wrangle.
You're kinda unclear about what you want to happen. As for explaining how it works, you get into t3 if you have ANY 4* equipment equipped, or in a marked loadout. You get into t2 if you have ANY 2* equipment equipped, or a marked loadout. Players often come in with just one or two pieces in the wrong tier and get thrown out of their league. As for not getting into t1 LD, that's because there are so few players who play t1. People usually play in t3 because there are more players who know what they're doing, and less annoying people who call everyone misspelled names. However, there are also usually less AA spammers in t2 and t1, and the mechanics are a bit different for each (more health in t2 and t1, no sealed swords in t2, no toothpicks in t1 (actually t1 contains no identical lines but the hammer, but there are lots of similair weapons, like the hot/static edges vs. sealed swords).
