Like 3-5* materials
I am a T3 knight.....so I'm capable of pretty much any depth so I was wondering where is the best place to pick up materials of 3-5*

Maybe more clear:
Go to wiki, pick material you want, check what monster drops it and in which stratum it can be dropped, go to arcade, play.

If by 'high quality' you mean 'popular', go find a gate with a Beast/Gremlin/Fiend t3 stratum. Alternatively, there's the Heart of Ice danger mission, appropriate prestige missions, and Alone in the Dark rank mission. (The first level of the that mission is a Shock-theme Candlestick Keep, which has lots of Kats and plenty of opportunity for Sparks of Life to drop.)
Alternatively I could flog you a bunch of FSC 4* and 5* materials for cheap (i.e. vendor price). I normally just sell them to Basil since they're nigh on impossible to get rid of in AH.
What do you mean by high quality?
Is it so hard to check wiki which mats are dropped by what monster and then check where is appropriate stratum?
