Lockdown Feed Shortcut Key

I noticed we have shortcut keys for almost every single display- Mission, Supply Depot, Friends, etc.- but we don't have one for King Krogmo's interface (LD and Blast network HQ). I think we should have one.

Oh, so that's why I keep getting my Arsenal pop up in the middle of a fight when I'm trying to say stuff to teammates!
I would probably never use this feature, but it sounds fairly useful, so why not, I guess.
