Atrum said it perfectly. It would be abuse.
If you used up all your mist on your first account, then for your second account you continue, and for your other alts, you make profit, therefore, you would be able to mail all of them to your first alt, making it faster to make you rich.

One account needs to be a paid account(Any transaction).

Spiral you dont understand....
I know this because my brother have another account.
When 2 accounts are playing in the same PC, they count as if youre are one only...
e.g: You play SK on your dads pc for example. Youre out of Mist, so you exit. So your brother with another account play on the SAME pc(your dads pc), and when he logs his mist is 0.
I know this bug since I first played the SK...I presume this is a bug...

It's not a bug
They do have separate accounts, but because both are free players on the same computer, their mist is shared.
