T'was a long time ago, longer now than it seems. Our story begins with the status worlds of old, each making one unique status to rule them all. Though the balance was tipped and one became superior than all the others and their leader made herself Queen of the status worlds of old. The Sleeping Queen some called her. Eventually cradle collided with these worlds and took them into it. The sleeping queen was going to rule the land but she was sealed away behind fragments of the status worlds in case she ever woke up. Though things are worse than anyone could have foreseen, the statuses still bow to the queen even in her long slumber and she begins to wake! You must stop her, good knights! Stop her before she wakes and releases the sealed status that conquered all!
Depth, the first.
The land is dark and cracked with fire coming through, some times red flames, some times purple and black. The monsters here seem to be stronger with their status inflicting powers than usual and they release curse and fire upon their enemies.
Depth, the second.
Here chunks of machinery like strewn about, the pay you follow is crushed into the machines and the natives to this place are stunningly and shockingly cooperating! Be careful for they will slow down your progress and give you a jolt or two!
(stun and shock)
Depth, the third.
Becareful, the fortress begins here and although it doesn't seem that daunting, there are poisonus vents with icecles dripping from them, no one has dared make it this far and rumors have it that toxins are thick in the chilly air.
Depth, the fourth.
The inner fortress seems like a nice respite from all of the status effects or so I've been told, but be careful! Tranquilizer traps lay around. As one explores this place they should eventually find a room with a stone statue on a stone bed, be careful for that is no stone statue, under that layer of stone lives a queen who has slumbered so long ages forgot her! Defeat her quickly or all will be lost!
Boss battle: The Sleeping Queen
As you approach the bed a black splotch falls out onto the table and seeps into it. Shortly afterword a dark purple glow comes from the stone as it cracks and the Queen of Slumber awakens! Although she normally wouldn't be a touch fight, swinging a scepter around that inflicts sleep and sometimes shooting rays from it, she comes back after defeated in a darker versio. That summons two lesser copies to help her out to avenge her first death!
Depth, the fifth. Aftermath
You coming this far have defeated the queen! Her scepter shatters and releases a previously hidden status to the clockworks! Retreat into the escape passage and defeat some lichen that have absorbed some powers of her scepter and confront you infront of the exit passage in her treasure room!
By Isora! You escaped the fortress! Great job! But unfortunately you have released the ultimate status to the world. I have managed to collect some fragments of her scepter and put them into this gizmo (receive sleep gizmo) I think you could attach that into a haze bomb to change it into something more useful.
Using a haze bomb and sleep gizmos one can create a sleeper bomb (3*) upgrade it to a Sandman Bomb (4*) or even up grade it to a Slumbering Queen Bomb (5*)! Be careful, some bosses might be immune to the effects of sleeper bombs and their upgrades. Sleeper bombs deal piercing and normal damage.
To unlock this special danger mission one must have completed a shadow lair. And will appear under prestige missions once every two days.
The plot brought into this doesn't do much to develop current storylines. I really don't see much actual description of the levels here, just vague themes. The same goes for the weapon. And lastly, all danger missions are three depths long; the first is based loosely off a clockworks generated-type level with some of the blocks changed, the second is a purely design-based level, and the third is a free lift to money.
