This is perhaps a minor grumble, but the name of the fiend city is Amu-Sol, right?
The thing is, well, there's this product in the UK called Anusol. It's a haemorrhoid cream.
So the terrifying demon enclave housing an ancient, enigmatic evil sounds like it's named after butthole medicine and it's bothersome.

My point is, any name or even random words will have another sily or weird meaning somewhere else.
Not all of those meanings are "butthole medicine", though.
Desna being an antihistamine is one thing, but this is a city named for butthole medicine. It's nothing two minutes in front of the level text Ctrl-F'ing and replacing the name of Butt Ointment City with some other random two-syllable hyphenate wouldn't permanently fix.
Amu-Sol sounds like Amon Sul from Lord of the Rings. That was another name for Weathertop, a mountain where one of the Black Riders stabbed Frodo. It had, long ago, been a site of battle between the ancient Dunedain (or the Rangers, Strider was one) and Morgoth's forces (Middle-Earth's resident epitome of evil, Sauron was actually Morgoth's second banana), at least as far as I can tell from the LotR Wiki.
Haemmorhoid cream or ancient battleground? Pick one.
