I recently wanted a Divine Set because it looked awesome. So I crafted a Miracle set. Hilariously, I can do Firestorm Citadel easily with it. Especially This.

So I was wondering, (since divine has curse resist too) is it good for Firestorm Citadel and it's Shadow Lair counterpart?

lacks normal

The set lacks any normal protection. Even in Tier 3, there is a lot of normal damage being inflicted by monsters. If I recall correctly, Vanaduke's mace does huge amounts of normal. This is why some people use Volcanic Plate Shield in FSC. So I would think that you'd want to trade out your Divine Mantle for something else.

Trojans do huge quantities of normal damage as well.
I would recommend you grab a Vog Cub Coat on top of a Divine Veil. (The mantle doesn't give a damage bonus vs. fiends, unlike the veil.) You're going to want that extra normal defence and fire resistance, and the elemental resistance won't hurt either.

Oh, so you didn't quit.

I guess the community's worth talking to now, hmm?

Anyway, it's as Bopp and Aureate said. One thing they didn't address is whether one bar of normal (from that other armour piece) is good enough. IMO, it is. I run with Divine Veil + Chaos Cloak and don't find myself taking excessive amounts of damage from Trojans.

There's nothing very unexpected about the Miracle set being good for FSC, BTW. Why wouldn't it be?

Curse in shadow lairs isnt so serious. You can either carry 3-4 slots or purposedly trigger zombies' breat again to 'reroll' cursed weapons.

Also just one max is enough to reduce cursed weapons to 1. So there's no need to wear full Divine for that matter unless you want to reduce a couple of seconds

Make hood into the Divine

Make hood into the Divine Veil and the cloak into Grey Feather Mantel. Some normal, some shadow, and a bunch of elemental not to mention maxed out fire and shock.

"Also just one max is enough to reduce cursed weapons to 1."

Is this true? I know that for GF self-curse, you need Max + Low. Is the monster-inflicted version weaker?
