Oh well, this is a bump.
mine cost me 13.5k CE as a 2*, shortly after the UV lock patch. ASI VH and CTR High are about on par, so maybe that will help your estimation, if you can correct for market changes since then.
That seems like a fair price, but I'm still not sure. I've seen a friend of mine sell a Glacius CTR High + Undead Med at 15k CE, I don't know what to believe.
I guess I'll keep waiting for offers...
But I also think I got mine fairly cheap. Plus, I suspect that in combination with the other two UVs, CTR High may be more valued than ASI VH. YMMV.
