I think completing the entire
I think completing the entire boss stratum without any deaths gives you 4 tokens guaranteed, but don't quote me on that

and @Verodius how are you going to say "guaranteed" and "don't quote me on that" that is a bit of a contradiction :)

There's a chance of getting 1 token on top of the standard amount.
Say you skip some levels and would only get 1, if you're lucky you'll get 2 instead.

Nope, that's not it. I can verify completing many boss strata, solo and with full parties, and still only getting 3. It is simply luck.

For anything but FSC, you
For anything but FSC, you can't get 3 if you don't start from the mission lobby or the terminal. If you join FSC from D25, you won't get the 4th token if your team happens to get it at the end.

Its random. You can rarely get 4 tokens from bosses instead of 3. Wiki says sometimes u can get 5 but i dont believe...
