Soloing JK is not a pretty bad idea so I decided to gear up for it.
Then on my way to killing the god forsaken pink king, the client freezes. (maybe cuz I cast a super freeze vial to JK? o.O)
I approximately waited for 10 mins then after that, nothing happens. Game crashes, consumed 40 ce (no mist and I died once) and was not able to gain jelly gems. Mind wondering if SK provides refunds for similar technical problems or any compensation in any game problems.

Ive encountered this problem a couple of dozen times after I downloaded the game client and its the only client in all my games that crashes.
Connection is good, so is my PC. I may, not sure, that the problem is within the client.

Do they refund? and does anyone experiences this issue?

NOOOPE, welcome to Spiral

NOOOPE, welcome to Spiral Knights, where everything is your fault and you receive no refunds for anything that happens that is beyond your control. One time I went into a shadow lair and the power went out about 5 minutes in, resulting in 1800 CE gone to waste. And when I requested a refund or another shadow key, I was basically told "lol sux to be u, not our problem"

You could try to get a refund, but good luck to you good sir because you are going to need it badly.

Go to game folder and find log files. You dont know if it's not your fault yet. Could be bad drivers, insufficent memory, etc.

Well I didn't say it was your fault, I'm just saying that because I've never seen or heard of anyone getting any refund in this game whatsoever, even when problems occur that is not the fault of the players, but the game itself being bugged. So it's like if the games bugged and causes players to lose energy for nothing, the GMs treat it like it's our problem not the dev's.

I experience the odd client

I experience the odd client crash and it's almost always during a dungeon. Yesterday was the worst though - 2 Client crashes and a Java crash in the space of 40 minutes doing a Royal Jelly run.
