So here is a new issue, the past night I've been having random disconnects from the SK server with the message that its having a problem authenticating with steam, thing is my connectivity is 100% sound, I've no issues getting on the web any place else and steam is running fine, has anyone else been having issues?
This seems to happen at random moments, when ever I'm playing.
I get this too.
Solid connection, 4 full bars in the SK client, no problem with internet connectivity (as checked by various web browsers) but god forbid either I get a SK update or Steam Client update... i get a Steam authentication error that can't be resolved short of a reboot.
I have an open support ticket. I've asked if they can migrate my account off of Steam to the stand alone client because, this, among many OTHER issues... (which is not my computer) is making aspects of this game unplayable.
I hope that fixes at least one problem if they can do it.
I haven't had any issues regarding Steam authentication lately, but for me the game itself lags so much that I can't move my character followed by: "You have been disconnected from the server." regardless of the fact that my connection, like yours, is 100% sound.
